This week on Practical Scrappers, I was asked to do a layout using Royal Blue, Emerald Green, and White. This is the layout I finally came up with.
The background was done by taking royal blue cardstock then cutting it in graduated strips and attaching them to a white all to a white background. All of the embellishments are by Studio Calico and I used an emerald green marker as well as some emerald green stones to add some color.
